Come out for the day and have some fun with lead. Not the pencil kind
but the window kind. We will make a small window panel. You will learn the
techniques which to use to make your own windows.
We will start with how to measure your pattern, cut the pattern and glass,
lead your piece and then solder it all together. We will discuss the options of
cementing your work.
You will need your glass cutter, running and grozing pliers, fid, oliac flux lead, lead knife and lead dykes, square and pattern shears. We will supply the glass, lead and boards. Bring your lunch and drinks if you like as we will have a break. |
